Do you suffer from hair loss? It is a very common problem, millions of people are suffering with it all around the world. There are lots of remedies & it is very difficult of find out which is the best one for you. Here I give you 5 tips to stimulate hair growth and get scalp full of shiny and healthy hair. 1. Take action This sounds like a clincher, but don't wait too long to take action. If you notice that you have been experiencing hair loss for 2 weeks, see your doctor, dermatologist or a scalp specialist. Avoid walking around for years and feeling miserable because of your hair loss. 2. Take care of your irritated scalp When you suffer from hair loss, you usually also suffer from an irritated scalp. You can relieve an irritated scalp by: not to wash your hair with hot water. Use lukewarm water; a mild shampoo or a cleansing conditioner without using harmful ingredients. There are people who have scalp problems and swear by using Aleppo soap ; using the pre-poo method when you wash your hair; weekly deep conditioner treatment. 3. Do you use a brush? Do you use a brush when washing your hair and when you put hair product in your hair? It is said that it is better to use a brush with real hair instead of plastic hair. Reason: by brushing your hair with real hair you close the outer layer of your hair (cuticle = cuticle layer). By doing this you protect your hair and prevent all the moisture from leaving your hair through open cuticles. 4. Stimulate hair growth Sleep on a satin pillowcase or use a satin hair towel. Massage your scalp with oil daily. A massage promotes good blood circulation. This stimulates hair growth. Read here which oil types you can use. Use the inversion method after massaging your scalp. Several women claim to see faster hair growth thanks to the faster hair growth. See the video below which explains how the 'inversion method' works. 5. Be realistic Your scalp needs time to recover. If you follow the above tips, your hair growth process will usually start again on its own. However, this takes weeks, months or even a year. It took me a long time for baby hair to grow on my bald spots again, while the 'other hair' on my head just grew.
